The pale yellow colour with slight green and gold reflections comes from the Rolle grape variety.
The nose is expressive and floral. The palate is fresh and balanced with citrus aromas and a beautiful minerality.
This wine goes wonderfully with fish tartare or grilled sea bass and fennel with fresh herbs.

Red 2014
The blend of quality grape varieties (Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon) gives this wine a lovely nose of black fruit mixed with roasted notes. The round and balanced palate is marked by supple tannins with a beautiful crisp and fruity finish. This red wine goes brilliantly with a roasted duck with figs, grilled meats and spicy dishes.
