Won over by the beauty of the site and aware of the immense potential of this property, Jean-Paul and Nancy Bignon, assisted by Grégory Guibergia, the estate manager, as well as the technical team of Château Talbot, embarked on an ambitious program of renovation and restructuring of Saint Andrieu.
Since its acquisition, the wine cellars have been entirely renovated and equipped with perfectly suited material (thermoregulation, stainless steel and wood vats) for a modern winemaking. The bastide, dating from the 18th century, was renovated by craftsmen specialized in the most pure and authentic Provencal style.
