Made with traditional Provencal varietals, the whites and rosés are distinguished by a very pure fruit, a fullness and vivacity without being heavy, bringing a refreshing coolness. The reds, grounded with Syrah, Cabernet and Mourvedre varietals have a lot of personality. They express themselves in a very “Rhodanian style” with notes of spices, violets and complex dark berries.

Rosé
The typical Provençal grape varieties of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah and Rolle give this rosé a pretty pale pink colour and a delicate nose of citrus fruits. The round and gourmet palate reveals a palate of passion fruit and citrus fruits. Ample and refined finish.

White
The Rolle that goes 100% into this wine gives it a beautiful colour with green and gold reflections and an expressive nose with notes of pear and white flowers. A fruity attack with a complex and balanced palate is followed by a long mineral finish.
This white wine is a splendid accompaniment to Provençal salads with shellfish and fruity desserts.

Red
The typical Provençal grape varieties of Syrah and Mourvèdre, the majority, give this wine a delicate and fine nose. The round, well-balanced palate is marked by aromas of flowers, black fruits and spices. This wine will embellish a pigeon puff pastry with red fruits or a duck breast with spices.
