As Domaine Saint Andrieu lies in the heart of the Var department, it benefits from two appellations of Provence: Côtes de Provence and Coteaux Varois en Provence.
More than 30 hectares are devoted to vines. The plots are scattered on terraced plateaus selected for the quality of their terroir, mainly composed of clay and limestone soil.
16 hectares of vines in the south of the vineyard produce the Domaine Saint Andrieu wines, Côtes de Provence, on shallow clay-limestone.
To the north is the Oratoire Saint Andrieu, Coteaux Varois en Provence, on 15 hectares of vines which are cooler and airy with deeper limestone soil.
The wines from each of the appellations come in three colors: white, rosé and red.
